I’m Gaëtan Bervet. I build and operate production machine-learning systems — most visibly narcis.ai, a live diffusion pipeline for face-identity image generation.

My background is infrastructure engineering, applied to ML. The recurring theme here: most systems underperform because the execution is loose, not because the math is wrong — so the writing tends toward reading reference implementations against their source, measuring, and closing that gap.
